Do you really need to trim your wick before each time you burn your candle?
YES! This is very important in making your candle last the appropriate amount of time and for your safety. Cotton wicks need to be trimmed to 1/4inch and a wood wick needs to be trimmed to 1/8inch prior to each burn...if you do not trim your wicks, it could become a fire hazard! Please trim before each time you light up your candle (this ensures that the burnt edges do not fall in hot wax) and never leave them unattended. Wick trimmers are the best for this process!
Do Wood Wicks make a lot of noise?
Yes! Wood wicks will crackle and sizzle, this is what makes them so interesting. It is completely normal to hear noises from your candle.
Can you reuse the Cement vessel?
Our cement vessels are sealed and varnished with Earth Safe Sealer/ Varnish. They are water based and contain no harmful chemicals or VOC's. You can use them for plants, they are great for succulents. You can use them for just about anything...let us know your ideas!
My wax looks dirty after burning wood wicks, is that normal?
There are natural tannins in the wood that will discolor the wax as it burns, this is completely normal for the wax to discolor a bit.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a combination wax of Coconut and Soy. We are very proud that our wax is organic and free of any added chemicals. Coconut Soy wax burns much slower than paraffin candles, you will find that your candle will last a very long time!
Do your fragrances contain phthalates?
All of our fragrances are 100% Phthalate free! Coconut Soy wax also holds a very high amount of fragrance...we use a high concentration of fragrance to fill your room!
Do your fragrances contain essential oils?
Our fragrance oils are a combination of natural essential oils and synthetic aroma fragrances. They are never diluted, so each has a strong concentrated aroma that doesn't disappear when burned in a candle.
What do I do if I have a problem?

How long will it take to get my candle?
We process your order within 24-48 hours. We ship with the USPS and a typical shipping time is 3-4 days, but this cannot be guaranteed because we do not control the process.
